The conference will mainly take place at Donners eventhallen, located in the center of Visby. Additionally some sessions will take place in rooms of the University on Campus Gotland and Gotlands Convention Bureau, a few minutes walk away. Everything in Visby is within walking distance and there is virtually no public transport.

All the venues are accessible by wheel chair. However, many of the streets in Visby are cobble stone, that is not always so easy to navigate.
